Shipping within Italy
No shipping costs are charged for orders with a value of at least €100 when the package is to be delivered in Italy. For orders below €100, we charge a shipping and administration fee of €9.96.
Shipping outside of Italy
Delivery outside Italy may take an additional 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs depend on the selected country of destination and are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping costs may be higher for pallet deliveries.
Pallet prices are only calculated when ordering one of the following products: heat-recovery units, roof extractor fans, ventilation systems with connections of Ø 400 or larger, thermoduct and spiral pipes.

Returning your products
It is possible to return products to our warehouse in the Netherlands within a 100-day period. This is at your own expense.
Please contact us at [email protected] before sending the product(s). We will send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Autorization number).
